It's been long since i first download this app but i decided to use this regularly. My goal is losing a few pounds and getting a fit body. Any tips / advices?

Keep your calories around 1500-1700 mark with healthy foods and challenge yourself to do as many workouts as you can every day

Add *Scotty K and basically just read everything the man says.
I could tell you but he's already laid everything out clearly step by step with both BroScience and FitNerd Science.

Don't do too many workouts at once be steady. And remember RUN WILD, LIVE FREE, STAY STRONG. Good luck and God bless.

Just do consistent workouts and eat right. Dont overwork your body too much
