It was pretty difficult to start because I had been going to the gym for a long time 3 days a week, had to stop due to Exams etc when I started again a few months ago felt like I was weak as anything but am now at my peak and stronger than ever ;)
In the beginning I had no idea what I was doing
I didn't have a certain goal, I was expecting to gain a little weight, but nothing special. Wanted to be stronger and healthier.
Sometimes I felt discouraged because I thought everyone was better than me and I'm just ridiculous, but I found out that the feeling after working out and having a shower is priceless. It just made me feel like I'm doing the right thing.
After a while I surprised myself by increasing reps and intensity and it felt awesome! Sometimes it's the small things...
I have been lucky to meet nice people in the community and sharing our progress really helped a lot!

About a year ago I had a really bad week.. I only ate fast food and sweets, a month later I asked myself "what in the world am I doing with myself?.." From that moment on I started working out. First slow, now I can do a lot more reps in less time:) Next week I will start going in a real gym... Im so happy I started working out;D
