Found this app by accident. Loved my first workout. I have been on a fitness Journey for about two years. I have lost 50 lbs and gone from around a size 12-14 to a size 2-4.
Ultimate goals in 9.6 lbs to get me to 120 and to tone tone tone. Thing this new app is going to get me there.
6 days into. 100 day challenge to get me to my goal. Along with crossfit and my treadmill I am planning alternating days (plus one rest day a week) using this app for (abs) and (booty/arms).
Last night was abs blaster, today arms & booty.
Ready set go!
