Can u be more specific upper n lower means u wanna gain on every thing that makes every exercise important

Thank you and yup I wanto gain weight and yes I'm up to every exercise but em afraid that work outs may even reduce my weight what should I do so that I don't reduce but gain some ??

Follow a good diet with your workouts full of proteins u can make your own diet according to your weight and or height eat sleep nd train becoz body building without a proper diet is like workin out with your hands cuffed i dont know y i wrote that but yeah haha

Eat natural proteins. Workout in gym. Take a protien shake. Eat healthy but eat a lot. Then, you shall be granted your wish.
