Hey y'all! I have just created a new workout " This is how its done Part 1- Total body workout'. It may look simple but it is fast paced with only taking a rest after.each round. I did it today in the gym and it felt amazing! I even had a woman come up to me and said how motivated she is from watching me do it. It is an hr and 22 minutes but it is a full body workout. Hope you try it and love it! Let me know what you think so ill have.tips for the next one. :)
