Beachbodymum is a good boot camp workout for beginners it has 3 levels so it caters to every fitness level. Find something u love & set a goal a rountine everyday second day around 50 mins but motivation comes from anywhere go get some hot bodies on a posters plaster them up to help u get motivated.
