Hola, I am new to this app and I'm hoping to connect with some positive motivational individuals, who are up for keeping communication, giving encouragement, creating a family, just to know that you're not alone. I'm 22 and my issue with working out is I work 12 hour days and once I'm home I want to relax and sleep! I can say I at least get in 100squats every night. I am "trying" to do better with my portions, there are some good and some bad days, I've been doing herbal life for about two months so it's asi asi. I want to lose 30lbs so I can be clear of the 200s. So hoping to connect with some fun people and share ideas.
