Need help with how much protein i should intake after a workout

I weigh 151 lbs and dont know how much protein to eat

You should shoot for 151 grams of protein daily. And try consuming at least 30 grams of protein per meal. So you can do 3 meals and 2 protein shakes that's probably the easiest way.  On average your body can't absorb more than 30 grams of protein at a time, that's why i suggest spreading it over 5 servings.
