You should shoot for 151 grams of protein daily. And try consuming at least 30 grams of protein per meal. So you can do 3 meals and 2 protein shakes that's probably the easiest way. On average your body can't absorb more than 30 grams of protein at a time, that's why i suggest spreading it over 5 servings.
