Get myfitnesspal and it will let u know what ur cal. Intake should be. Small meals throughout the day is best. Lits of cardio will increase ur metabolism very quickly!!!
Try to incorporate strength training as well, aim for 3 days a week. The more muscle the higher your metabolism. Don't be afraid of bulking up, use light weights high reps and you'll be lean and mean in no time! Good Luck!
