Had a motivation problem for a fews weeks and let myself down. Im back on track now
When my grandpa was in his prime. He worked 12 hours as a painter. Painting buildings not art. Then he'd spend 2 hours in the gym. Back then there was no help from a community of fitness freaks, there was no youtube to watch motivational speeches, there was no bodybuilding.com. so next time you feel like you have no motivation, just think about all the options we have now a days. Best of luck to you, I hope I am not sounding like a jerk.
