Just Starting Back

Good morning :) today will be the first day of getting fit again. I have some annoying back problems that limit what I can do and it has made me lazy! Anyone have back problems? How do you stay motivates?

Glad to see you back at it. We all struggle with motivation. Just start slow and the momentum will build like a rolling snowball. :)

Thank you :) I didn't realize how out of shape in was until that first workout this morning. It's so much easier just to go back to sleep

Lol. Yesssssss it is. But you're determined to get that summer bod. So you will get all the sleep you want when you die.... It's time to work now! :)
