If i burn calories while im resting rmr=1490 how do i know how many calories do I need to eat to loose weight & get a toned body how n many calories should I eat. I thought i should eat 1200-1300 per day is this too low? I'm very active during the day. How many calories do I need to workout to get the best results. For two weeks, eat in about 250cal more than you're eating now. Increase protein and carbs, be active (do your workouts). Then check again. Don't expect to see big outcomes in the mirrior in these 2 weeks, but check your weight. If it's still the same, but you feel you get stronger, you're on the right way.
