Need a abdominal workout to burn 500 cals?
DOES Anyone Know Of Any WORK OUTS i can do to target my lower body? I need to burn around 500 kilos all together. I did cardio yesterday so its weights or abs today or both.I need to be careful recovering from a very sore back but feeling good.
Does anyone know if the Ab Circle Pro works?? I have seen a video where it has no effect medically . It's as effective as a 3 min brisk walk apparently.Has anyone had any experiences or success stories?? pls contact me Cause i only want to do effective excercises/training after all I'm sweating my ass off it better be burning either in my abs or 4 weight loss.
If your back is very sore you should avoid hitting your lower body. Anyway. Deadlifts are your answer. They'll hit your entire lower body, abs, and will burn a significant amount of calories. You can do variations of this wide grip deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, staff leg deadlifts. and I know nothing about the ab circle you are talking about probably just some marketing gimmick.
Try p90x abs ripper or ABSZILLA. that may help.
Running/jogging for about 1 hour or v more. .and yes it's abs exercise ☺
