So im thinking if i should have cheating day tomorrow or on sunday:D or to not have it at all, coz after cheating day its super hard to get back. And last time my cheating day became 4:D
So what about you? When is your cheating day?

I like Saturday as a cheat day! Mondays are a pain as-is without having to go back to healthy food after a tasty Sunday Funday!

I don't have a cheat day.
We don't have many foods that would be considered bad here(other than my boys cookies), so the temptation to eat things like sweets, etc is limited for me.
Also, if I want to eat anything, I have to actually get up and cook something. So it works ^_^

Everything in moderation.
As long as I'm not eating junk foods constantly, I'm fine.

That's just me though!

Oh, and I did go buy myself a small bag of chocolates. I've been craving chocolate anything here lately. I only allow myself to eat ONE piece a day though because knowing me, it would all be gone as soon as the pack was opened.

Well I'm making a Nutella & Mascapone calzone tonight if that's classed as cheat food?

Personally I think it should be called "freaking amazing" food

I decided that my cheating day is today:D i eat everything i want:D how much i want:D its soo. Goood!!!! But i will walk lots today, do i hope i wont gain anything:D
