Ok, so I really want to get in shape for my fiancé and step son. I suck at maintaining a routine and sticking to working out. I'm hoping between them and reminders I have some motivation to stick with this long enough to lose some weight and get in shape. Thanks for any support!
You can do it! Just find what works for you and stick to that. Don't set yourself up for failure.
Set up a plan where every day you do some sort of work out..that hour in the evening or before work etc and stick to it...
Set up a meal plan so you eat regular throughout the day, 6 times small amounts...keep your calorie intake around the 2000kcals mark based on a mix of healthy protiens and carbs.
And drink plenty of water.
