Depends what your looking for, are you aiming to shred or gain mass or just some fitness ?

Nevermind the first couple of techniques I'll tell you about are my Dailly warm up you could expand on them later if you are lacking equipment

Go to my profile, my liked workouts and check out the Mommy Got Muscle series I have on there. All short, 10-15 min and all easy when you don't have much interest in the workout lol. D. J is an awesome planner and he created them all.

I would say try browsing for a nice yoga workout, or a casual abdomen workout. Hope this helps!
