I think im doing something wrong because is it me or are they very simple? I dont feel anything anywhere

Make sure you try doing them for @ least 90 sec...u should feel a burn. :)

Dude, I think I'm doing them wrong for the opposite reason.  They seem easier to me holding an 8 lbs dumbbell. Wish I could say I can't feel them cause I sure do!

I just do them the way the picture shows. But it is pretty easy

Thats funny. I find these the hardest ab workout. Are you leaning as far back as you can with feet off the ground? I also turn my head and shoulders (not just hands) from side to side which is harder.

That's what I do as well and it brings the pain to my abs

For me russian twists do work very well. Try to lean more back or turn your whole upper body from side to side, not just hands. Its very much about the angle where your body is, but if you still wont feel the pain, try it with a weight!

Form over speed. I use to think these were easy until someone told me to slow down. Focusing on my form really helped.

David said what I was thinking. Make sure you lean back, feet up and twist from your shoulders & chest. You can add weights & make sure to twist slowly.

Seems you need to advance to something more challenging...Try doing some hanging windshield wiper. That's one exercise I'm sure you will feel.
