Currently that's my problem. I weighed over 250 and I've gotten down to 159 and now I'm up to 190 again and I'm terrified to get big again but I can't get motivated. I started so.e dumbell exercises this evening and I already feel better. We can motivate one another. Me and my husband need the motivation!
