I used to be like this! The past 3 days all I've thought about is working out!! It's all about changing your mind! The way I see it is 'I want to lose weight and get fit' if you definitely want to do it, you will! :) you just need more motivation :) x
Yes! And I totally recomend moring workouts too. It,s a great way to start the day. I was born a exercise hater but the morning workouts really help me to enjoy the exercise.
