it really doesnt matter when you workout. but make sure you are giving your body enough time to recover and heal itself.
on days i dont have school, i always workout in the morning, and then shower. but if i have school, then i workout later. around 6 or 7. i really dont see a difference.
I love training before I shower in the evening. Have a lovely night rest thereafter
Love cardio early morning 6.30am before work then hit hard after work then 8pm i do a couple of these app workouts to compliment. Good night sleep.
