Hii(: im Jazmin. And im here to start getting physically active again. Any recommendations on where to start?

Start with nutrition! If you want the best results from exercising, then you're body will need the proper fuel to keep it running smoothly. Find out what your goals are, and plan your diet based off of that. The easiest way to find out your basic caloric and carbohydrate needs is through Google.

Thanks ,ima start juicing see if that helps. And im keeping track of my calorie count through myfitnesspal, lol but im focusing on loose some fat then toning up.i usually tend to just get muscle though

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Aerobix (30.min)
3.Gym (Light Workout - 30 min.)
4.Eating Healthy Food
5.Proper Rest

Repeat whole 1 to 6 Daily Routine

Start of with stretches and yoga for a week. Then move on to the cardio workouts. Eat healthy! Do breathing exercises. Be positive at all times. Good luck !

Thanks, ill keep that in mind. but not going to lie i been doing jogs/runs ,that bad?:o lol

Lol. Jogging is the best way to keep fit and burn fat. So that's great. Keep jogging also.
