I'm 14 and have always had bad stamina, I started to get better at this when I joined sports clubs in school but recently I've had to quit because of my anxiety disorder. What are good ways to build up my stamina from exercises I can do in my home? Also good exercises to get a flat stomach? Thanks
Try burpees! They're a fun cardiovascular workout and they're also a well rounded muscle exercise.
