I really like this app and have been using it for a couple months exclusively. I've lost 5 pounds so far. I've been thinking about doing one of these programs but I'm not getting enough info to know what the real benefits are. Can anyone help me?
I mostly do programs and like it a lot. They build up the severity of the program and lead you to a specific goal. It's amazing to see your progress over time.
Second to that it saves you time as you don't have to select a workout every day and it's good motivation. You know what you have to do and when.
Just give it a shot, there are nice short programs.
