Help. What do you think is the appropriate alternative for weights or dumbbells?! Coz i dont have one and im just doing home workout. Advanced thank you for the answers
Depends on what you're doing and your strength level. Anything with some weight that you can comfortably & safely pick up would work. Some ppl use soup cans... Water bottles/jugs work, even a purse or bag which you can put more or fewer things into...
Just look around at what you have that can work!
