I am new here and just wanted to make myself known. I don't want to do this alone. I need to lose weight but more importantly right now is stretching out my muscles since they have seized up from years of neglect. I work in an office and can go all day without getting out of my chair. I use a Fitbit now and have increased my steps from 1000 a day to 5000. My goal is 7500 a day but am still working my way up. The workout here are really helping me. I just have to keep working and not let myself give up on it. So thats my story. Would love to know if anyone has the same sorta story as mine.
