I am tried of my weight bouncing back and forth. I have little to know motivation on my own, I am hoping that this will help with that. At this time I am currently 184lbs. And I want to lose at least 40lbs. For my age and weight that is considered healthy for me. That's what I want to be healthy, toned, anf have more energy. I am also starting a diet next week to help me on this journey. I just hope when the urge to start slacking kick in this will help me stay on track.
