Mainly for flexibility and stretching
Tape 2 small balls together. I use lacrosse balls. place the balls right underneath the bottom of you rib cage and do some crunches. Then place it on the middle of your back then top of your back. This will really open up your spine. U can place the balls under your quad and do some quad pumps. Google t spine mobility wo.
You can also check the workouts I have done last Saturday. There is a great one for flexibility and one if you have a foam roller. I didn't create them, so they are not in my created ones.
