Hello people, I'm Jose from Chile and I just downloaded this app.
I exercise regularly but I fail to stay on track. Also, I need to set goals regarding food consumption. I consider that my target is to tone, gain some upper body muscles and lose some belly fat. I would really like to get to know some of you in order to get more motivated and/or workout partners! Thanks in advance :)

Hello everyone not new but only had on person follow me and I fall off track. My goals if weather permits me to workout 3-4days a week a try to get to tone some of this fat off. Any and all help is welcome!
