Hi. This is my first time on somthing like this. I used to do lots of execise when i was younger but i had to slow down as i had an eating disorder and was going abit ott. I've over come my eating dissorder and am no longer under weight. I want to toan up and make myself confitable with my boddy but i need to make sure i dont lose much weight at the same time.
Any help would be appreciated.
