Hi just wondering how to include a workout i did last night offline with the workout comoleation on my profile?
Any help appreciated x
Hello :) you can upload and sync your workouts when you have completed them offline.Just go to 'Home' then look right up you will see an arrow, tap on it while you are connected to the internet and your workouts will sync! ^^
Hi Charlotte, my advice is to look on my profile. you will see a workout I did today and everyday for the last few days. What I'm using it for is to log my squats challenge I'm doing at the moment :-) click on this save it to you by a like and you will also have this stored in your 'like' workouts, once done you can just right what you have done. hope this helps
