nyone wanna share progress with me and support each other? I've been having a really tough time staying focused and I have bad anxiety that keeps me from the gym but I'm determined to reach my goals! :) and can help you any way I can!! Motivation is the key to doing anything and I would love to find success in a group :)

I would love to partner up! I'm so out of shape at this point that it's just too embarrassing to go to the gym. I've been trying to do a 30 min moderate workout in the morning before work and then a short casual one after.

Awesome! I'll help in anyway I can! And I understand about the gym I just can't do it haha. I'm starting to make workout plans and meal plans for myself but I start and end my day with yoga always and lots of water helped me lose 8 lbs in a week :)
