One of my goals is to be able to do pullups and chin ups. I bought a home pull up bar so I'm practising at home every couple of days.

My goal is do get back to the roller derby body I had and build endurance so I can play roller derby again. Hopefully sooner than later.

My goals are to stay injury free, loose some fat and get toned for the next gymnastics season. Also to get-away better life and live healthier

To strengthen my body and try to help my fibromyalgia pains. I plan to start off slow and easy and increase in frequency and intensity as my body will allow.

My plane is to work on lower body and to create those abs and I lost weight I just need another 3 soo my goals was 3 times a week but I'll finish the full week what about u troy

To be happy just the way I am! Working out makes me feel fabulous & sexy, therefore making me HAPPY! =) what are your goals Troy?

Lose some weight, I am the biggest at school but cannot do much with my diet at the moment so I came to this app

To tone up define my abs / obliques and legs just whole body really :-)

Get slim,trim, and toned, while working on my diet and continuing to walk 6+ miles 3-4x a week, as well as incorporating weights.
