Best way to tone lower abs and burn that lower belly fat

Do a 15 minute Abs/Core Booster exercise everyday or at least four times a week. 
It helped me!

You also have to burn the fat that is covering your abs. You an do all the core and ab work in the world. But you won't see results until the fat is gone. 

If you only do ab work, then you will have strong abs and nothing to show. So do some cardio too. You can expect results in 2 months if you dedicate yourself to a goo workout plan. 

Check out my dirty ninja and hello kitty workouts.  I create them for my brother who quit smoking. They aren't to difficult, and you will get the burn you are looking for. Also check out my miracle mile.   It's a real sufferfest.
