Muscle Recovery

That feeling of waking up the next day barely able to move with sore muscles. What do you do to relax and do you take enough time for your muscles to recover?

U can do stretching or yoga . Take painkillers if need too xx

I know when I started working out regularly it was because the exercises didn't really include a warm up as such. Maybe a few stretches prior to working out might help :)
