I am new to the app. I am a fibromyalgia sufferer who wants to build my muscles and try to find a relief through exercise. I am guilty of giving in too easily when my pain levels are high. If anyone would like to try to help keep me motivated, I would be grateful. Does anyone have any recommended exercises to try as I am starting out?

Start with just dips and squats , and increase reps from 1 to as 3 .per set do 5 To 10 And u will see increase in power n stamina :)

Welcome .wow i just looked up ur condition must be difficult for you. The web page i looked at said the best exercises for u are walking, stretching, strength training ( weights) yoga. I hope this helps u . :-) ♡♡

I am very disheartened. I have had a very bad fibromyalgia flare and have not been able to work out for a few days. I can't wait until it is over so I can work out again.
