How often do you train a week?
Upper body and lower body.
I get in 2 to 3 "bootcamp " style workouts in a week (in addition to using this app). I manage to get lower body in once a week with upper body twice a week. Then flip flop back and forth. I also start every workout with a 2 mile run. I figure that's a good leg workout in itself.
It depends on your goal and what body part(s) you want to focus on. I train 5 times a week at the beach with a mix of bodyweight exercises and jogging. However, when I weight trained I would choose two or three of the following groups five times a week - arms, legs, shoulders, abs, chest and back. Alternate muscle groups to to rest.
