It has been confirmed that tomorrow will be Ramadan Id just like to wish my brothers and sisters around the world a happy and blessed month
I will be giving the intermittent fasting diet a go so that should hopefully work for me. I dont wanna go down that dark road again and gain weight
Also a reminder to myself and others that no matter what we should keep doing our workouts. Maybe not during the day while fasting but at least at night. And at least 10 mins. Im hoping to still continue my gym workouts during the nights.
As for the food i will be trying my best not to binge all night. I will also make sure I drink a sufficient amount of water.
Also if anyone has any tips for me id love to hear them

Its halfway through Ramadan :) 15 days left. Time has gone pass pretty quick. I think i did well. I still managed to go to gym 3 times a week and i tried to not over eat during the night. I think my body has adapted to the fasting by now. Lets hope these last 2 weeks go as planned :)
