I've been doing well at toning my body. But my stomach is squishier than Id like. Any tips for dieting for beginners. It's really hard wanting to diet and being a picky eater!

If you're looking for a easy, short diet, there's the military diet. It's only three days and there are many substitutions if you don't like the meals! It helps lose 10 pounds in 3 days, and I used to be 116 and now, on my second day, I'm I'm 112! It's really helped! Just look it up.
