I've been doing well at toning my body. But my stomach is squishier than Id like. Any tips for dieting for beginners. It's really hard wanting to diet and being a picky eater!

I am the same except I have picked up a bad habit of not eating I don't get hungry and when I do I only like veggies and maybe some chicken boiled no salt or anything I've lost around 10 lbs in one week but I do keep active with weights and workouts from here. I am in need of help also fortunately I don't like sweets salty or breads and pasta.

If you're looking for a easy, short diet, there's the military diet. It's only three days and there are many substitutions if you don't like the meals! It helps lose 10 pounds in 3 days, and I used to be 116 and now, on my second day, I'm I'm 112! It's really helped! Just look it up.
