Hey everyone!!!.... I new to this can I get some pointers!!...I wanna lose weight while being my lower body... Can this b done with no weights... I also have a huge hill in back of my house... What kind of exercise could I do on that??.. Please help
This can absolutely be accomplished without weights and you should do moderate to intense workouts try to last from 15 - 20 minutes and gradually go for longer workouts.
I know a few workouts that mix some cardio along with some good lower body and core moves but what sort of workouts do you like? And what's your fitness level?
