Ok so ive dieted n rele been tryin to do cardio along with weight training.. been strict on no sweets no fast food more protien less carbs ... i have lost nothing i need help knowin reason y i havent n wat i can do to c some results? Thanks to everyone in advance :)
Muscle weighs more tham fat, period. Keep doing what ur doing. Its a marathon not a sprint. Ur doing great

Also drink tons of water no less than a gallon a day and go look up this product advacore I'm going to do the 24 day challenge along with my workouts maybe like me your need something structured but I know this product is good...good luck
Well i wanna get down to 130-150 n its just seemin im gettin no where just figure id lose atleast a lb... i do wanna build muscle n get more toned ... just dk y nt even one lb...?
