Just started early menopause and I'm totally exhausted all the time. And the weight gain is daunting. I had already started changing my eating habits and exercising a bit more, so I just need to get in the habit of making exercise a life style. I quick soda, I only drank diet when I did, but I cut out all sugary drinks. I drink hot tea, but only use organic honey when I want more flavor. Oh yeah, I'm also a grandmother now and I want to be here for a good long while to see her grow.
