Just beginning trying to do some good research into what to do and not to do. I spent a lot of time when I was a teen eating the wrong things and doing the wrong nutrition/activity combo. Learned to love myself as I am but after so long of inactivity I want to shed the weight and be more willing to go out and do what I like and hope to do.
