OK so I get that this is a fitness community, but I'm pretty sure that many of us, if not all, indulge in binge watching certain shows.
Shows I'm currently invested in & may have watched some of these many times:
- Hawaii Five-0
- Daredevil (renewed for another season on Netflix, coming in 2016!!)
- Criminal Minds
- Digimon Adventure (btw, another season is coming in November!! Called Digimon Adventure Tri)
Big Brother UK timebomb, master chef, and Americas got talent.
Agents of SHIELD, House of Cards, NCIS:LA, The League, The Blacklist.. The League is probably my favourite to put on my tablet while doing the treadmill or elliptical. They're 20 minutes so its easy to commit to. And then talk yourself into "just one more"!
