Es geht aber nicht so einfach ich habe 5-6min aus gehalten

Keine sorge, am anfang geht alles nicht so leicht ;) versuch doch lieber erstmal casual und moderate workouts statt deinen k├Ârper gleich mit einem intense zu ├╝berfordern, du wirst sehen dass es ganz schnell besser wird :)
