How's everyones workouts going?
I'm loving this app...been doing 3 diff program's and seeing results quick!

I can't walk, so you could say they're going great!
I love the workouts but this week no time too much working I hope I can get back too do lots of abs
I love it.. im seeing results quickly and i feel great..
Lots of progress here! Although sometimes the lazy body wants to stop in the middle of sessions now >.< But I don't want to lose what I've earned :)

Here is mine:I lost motivation on mid-august due to school work and completely stopped . But I don't want give up completely. Just started again last week. I lost the muscle I had gained, but I will get it back and try to keep it longer :)
Well. I let go for about two weeks. Must not let that get any longer
Workouts are splendid on my end. I'd like the weather to cool off some so I can run more. As it stands I have to get up before the sun or wait until sunset to get in a good run. Other than that I'm staying motivated and sweaty.
Lost my motivation since January. Seem to gain twice the weight I had before. Having someone to share your workout progress daily ... helps
