Had a baby and because it was a C section I wasn't able to work out right away. baby is now 5mos and I still have a belly I need to get rid of. Any suggestions I am trying some workout for the stomach but a lot of them have me really sore by my incision. I have also changed the way I am eating.
Try looking up the Mommy Got Muscles forum on here. I know those workouts have helped quite a few mommies on here. Also, try not to push yourself too hard. It takes work but you'll eventually get where you want to be (:
