Mine is to get my -before having kids- body back! I probably have around 20 lbs. And a lot of Toning to work on! And I want to look good in a bathing suit this summer!

To bulk up - build muscle, gain confidence in myself. I'm 6 foot 4-5ish and weigh about 165lbs....yeah it's healthy but I'm pretty skinny. I'd like to feel like i can stand up for myself if i had to.
