Lift Heavy, lift slow and make a program that fits you (recommend upper body and lower body/abs split or full body if your beginner
Eat clean but eat BIG. No alcohol, lots of water 3lt+. Lots of sleep 8h+
Its that easy :) remember consistensy is key. A great body takes years to build ;)
