Hey gals, and guys! I'm finally back at it. I've been missing in action for a few months now. I've gained quite a few pounds. I'm trying to shed 8/10lbs. I'd like to meet this goal in 4-6weeks. I decided to try the pro account. Hopefully I'll be able to motivate myself. What are some of the things you guys do to pump yourselves out?! What are your goals?

Let's start with replacing "Id like" & "I hope" with "I'm doing" & "Im going to" ;-)

For myself I will look at a picture of the body type I want and now that I've seen change it drives me more then ever. My goal is to lose about ten pounds and then tone up. Good luck on your goal but I'm sure you'll get there just don't give up.
