Did intense shoulder/arm 2 days in a row and I can not move this morning. So stiff!! I even did an intense rollerblading last night and my legs don't feel half the pain as my shoulder blades!!

Do some shoulder stretches and take a rest from doing shoulders for a day so your muscles can heal . Xx:-)

You should do good stretches when you wake up and before going to bed , drink lots of water and take a good warm bath, it helps alot , I play basketball so when we do intense shoulders and arms workouts this helps a lot

And a proper nutrition on top of what Merna and Louise said. I descent amount of protein and amino acids to help your muscles rebuild and repair themselves. Wishing you fast healing!!

Keep moving them...drink plenty of should only past a few days!

The more you do it the less sore it gets !
